We seek customer satisfaction if what you ordered doesn’t fit or if for some reason you are not happy with what you got, simply contact us within 10 days of reception of your item. We ask you, in order to facilitate the return process, to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us your name, invoice number and reason for your return. Refunds will be made when all items are received and verified by our team. A return authorization number will be given.
Please note that shipping fees are non-creditable and customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping fees. Items cannot be returned if worn (except try-on) or damaged, washed or if the tags were removed. All the discounted items (more than 25% discount) are final sales We don’t accept returns on underwears we are sure you understand why.
Items cannot be ordered in different sizes for try-on purposes. No return will be permitted in that case. We take the time to carefully inspect all items sent to our customers, we double check and take pictures of the items before sending them. If the goods should be defective or damaged upon reception, please contact us immediately. Our customer service department will respond in the 48 hours except during holidays.
